Between 2020 and 2024, we collaborated with Sanctuary, a private 528-acre development in the mountains of Northern Utah, to produce a series of lifestyle, architectural, and landscape shoots along with short-form promotional films.

The focus was on capturing the unique character of the property: expansive luxury homesites, custom-built modern mountain homes, and a wide range of amenities—from a lake house and boat fleet to side-by-sides, bikes, and other gear designed for year-round adventure.

Visually, the approach was clean and dramatic—highlighting both the scale of the landscape and the details that make it feel like home. Our goal was to present Sanctuary as more than just a luxury development; it’s a place where design, nature, and outdoor living come together in a way that feels effortless but elevated.
