Perched right on the shoreline of Lake Tahoe in Dollar Point, this 6,100 square foot lakefront retreat blends high-end design with the laid-back feel of mountain living.

One of the standout features is the handcrafted dovetail exterior, offering a warm, welcoming presence from the street. Step through the custom quarter sawn white oak front door, and you’re greeted by a dramatic double-height living area that opens up to incredible lake views. The open-concept layout and double master bedrooms are designed to take full advantage of the scenery, with natural light pouring in from every angle.

This home isn’t just beautiful—it’s award-winning. It earned a 2015 Tahoe Quarterly Merit Award in the Lakefront category, a nod to the meticulous attention to detail and high-quality build from Mt Lincoln. Working with architect John Malick & Associates, the result is a home that feels both timeless and distinctly Tahoe.
